Proof of vaccination mandate
In response to the WA Governments proof of vaccination mandate, we would like to inform you that from Monday 31st January 2022, as a condition of entry to Dr Ian Timms rooms, anyone aged 16 years and over must show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status or a medical exemption, there are many acceptable forms of proof listed on WA.gov.au we ask that you familiarise yourself with what is an acceptable form of proof.
Please ensure that you continue to wear your mask and check in, as this is also a condition of entry at this time.
Please be respectful towards our team, we are complying with the WA Governments proof of vaccination mandate. Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated in our rooms. Thank you.
